Congratulations to the following Record Breakers!
Taylor McRae broke a record earlier this year at the National Masters Championships on March 24, 2024. His 115 kg snatch was a record in the Men’s 35-39 age group and 89 kg weight class. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝟷𝟷𝟺 𝘬𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝟷𝟻, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟷 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘵 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯.
Jonathan Jensen broke two records last year at National Masters Championships on March 16, 2023. His 72 kg snatch and 156 kg total were new records in the Men’s 60-64 age group and 81 kg weight class. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘉𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝟼𝟻 𝘬𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝟸𝟼, 𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟿 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘐𝘳𝘰𝘯 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝟷𝟻𝟻 𝘬𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘦 𝟷, 𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟿 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴.
Mark Solomon set new records last year at the National Masters Championships. His 73 kg snatch, 93 kg clean and jerk, and 166 kg total all broke the record standards in the Men’s 65-69 age group and 109+ weight class. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝟻𝟿 𝘬𝘨 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩, 𝘢 𝟽𝟹 𝘬𝘨 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘫𝘦𝘳𝘬, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝟷𝟹𝟸 𝘬𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭.
