IWF Grand Prix I Recap

Congratulations to Alexa Mina - Colwell on a fantastic performance at the IWF Grand Prix I held in Havana, Cuba from June 8th to June 18th!

Alexa represented Team Lebanon along with New York and her club Power & Grace Performance while lifting in the A session of the women’s 64 kg weight class. Alexa finished the competition successfully completing 4 of 6 lifts with a best snatch of 86 kilos, a best clean and jerk of 109 kilos, and a final total of 195 kilos to finish 5th overall.
